Likewise, certain portions of this web-portfolio are the property of the website developer or others who provided certain text, graphics or images under separate agreements and therefore enjoy the same protection.
The fees charged for reproductive use of the photographs may be based upon how widely and how often the photographs are to be used. The dollar amount may also be commensurate with the profit that the user will realize with their use. For example, an architect in a small office using the photos in portfolios to submit to awards and publications may pay a lower rate for usage than would a large window manufacturer using the photos in a national print-ad campaign costing hundreds of thousands of dollars. In nearly all cases, the dollar amount is a negotiated value between the photographer and the client.
